Ron has an extensive IT background covering many areas for over 30 years. He has worked in retail, banking, insurance, entertainment, federal government, defense and intelligence. His roles have ranged from software developer to enterprise big data architect, project leader, system engineer, system administrator, system integration specialist and system security engineer. Since early 2011, his focus has been on big data in both government and commercial areas. Ron created Arizona Advanced Technology Solutions, LLC in October 2014 to provide IT consulting services to companies who are interested in leveraging newer technology.
Nayan has been involved in IT for over 11 years performing a variety of roles across a number of markets. For the past 5 years, his focus has been on providing big data architecture and development expertise to clients in the US and abroad. His technical skills span many areas within big data including cluster planning, setup, install and tuning, ecosystem tools and performance tuning. Nayan is also experienced in big data security and multi-tenancy. He has earned multiple certifications in areas of big data/Hadoop, ITILv3 and Java. Nayan has published a series of blogs and white papers on big data technology.
Dr. Atif Farid Mohammad is a Data Science/Artificial Intelligence advisor to the Arizona Technology team. He has a doctorate in Information Technology with a specialization in Data Science/AI and is a highly experienced technology practitioner. Dr. Atif is passionate about Machine/Deep Learning and analytic solutions. Some marquee firms that he has consulted and advised are American Express, Catholic Health, Bank of America, Cardinal Health, Under Armour & Comcast.
Dr. Atif has over two decades of experience. He is also a CS/Data Science Professor, Adjunct at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has over 44 publications in IEEE, Springer, ACM and is a prolific writer and is regularly invited to speak at leading Big Data and Data Science conferences.
